ibis Styles Makkah

I really liked this hotel. I have stayed in quite a few hotels over the years in Makkah but had never tried something in Aziziyah or something a little away from Haram. But with Ibis Hotel which came as a recommendation from a friend, it works out really well. They have a shuttle service which provides round the clock pick up and drop off service to Haram at fixed times. They are very punctual with timing which I admire. The drop off and pick up point is on Ajyad side near hotel Emal Al mashayir which is about a convenient 5 minutes walk from Haram ( WC no 3 or gates 89-92) The rooms are clean and well kept like hotels in the West. The only point why I didn't give 5 stars is the carpet in the corridor is very dirty. Not sure why this has not been cleaned but this will not stop me from returning to this hotel. Overall, a very good choice of hotel which provides clean rooms and a reliable round the clock shuttle services so that you can be in haram and not miss any prayers. The stay was good. The room service was good. The staff was well mannered and the reception was helpful for any queries.

I love everything about it especially, the house keeper (Akib) who was so much dedicated to his work and tried his best to please guests.

staff- cleanliness & comfort

Room was well decorated and furniture and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. there was a safe, minibar and kettle as described. the hotel looked very modern. The staff were very helpful and caring.
