I really liked this hotel. I have stayed in quite a few hotels over the years in Makkah but had never tried something in Aziziyah or something a little away from Haram. But with Ibis Hotel which came as a recommendation from a friend, it works out really well. They have a shuttle service which provides round the clock pick up and drop off service to Haram at fixed times. They are very punctual with timing which I admire. The drop off and pick up point is on Ajyad side near hotel Emal Al mashayir which is about a convenient 5 minutes walk from Haram ( WC no 3 or gates 89-92) The rooms are clean and well kept like hotels in the West. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping team were amazing catering to requests on a timely manner. The location is relatively far from the Masjid Haram but the hotel provides a shuttle service around the clock which is a major advantage considering the minimal per night cost charged.
